Adding Comments to a Trip

Any user with access to a trip can enter a comment that stays with the trip (requester, owner, admin, etc.). When a comment is entered in a trip, it should be visible in the comments icon when the trip is open.

Adding a Comment to a Trip

Locate the trip and click on the trip number. Once inside the trip record, click the comment button to the right.
Type your comment into the comment box and click Add Comment.

This comment will stay with the trip record in the comment section. You can view all historical comments for a trip here.
