Common Filtering Options for Admins

As an admin, you can view trips for all schools in your district, so it may be helpful to filter this list. Navigate to the Trips Tab.

To clear Active Filters, click on Active Filters and select Clear All, or click the X next to a specific filter to remove it.

Finding Field Trips from a Specific School

 

Scroll to the Trip Type section and select Field Trip. Then scroll to the Locations section and select the school you want to see trips for.

 Trip Type categories are customizable in district settings. Your district may have different Trip Type options.

The trip list will now only display field trips from the selected location. You can apply additional filters, such as Approved or Pending Approval.

Scroll to the Destination section and select the appropriate trip destination.
 
Scroll to the Vehicle Type section and select the vehicle type for which you want to view approved trips.

Setting the date range for past dates

When you access the Trips tab, it defaults to filtering for “Upcoming” trips or “trips from this day forward.” 

You can filter for past trips. Go to Filters & Sort, then scroll to the Filter by Date section. Select the Start and End Date range.
