Your district may allow you to reschedule approved trips. If your district does not allow requesters to reschedule trips, you may need to contact an administrator to reschedule the trip on your behalf.
When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. You can select a trip in the My Upcoming Trips widget on the Dashboard or navigate to the Trips tab and use the filtering options to locate it.
Locate the trip you need to reschedule. Click the three dots to the right of the trip record, then select Reschedule from the menu options.
If you do not see “Reschedule,” you do not have permission and will need to contact a district administrator.
Fill out the new dates and times for your trip. Click Reschedule.
