Any user with access to a trip can enter a comment that stays with the trip (requester, owner, admin, etc). When a comment is entered in a trip, it should be visible in the comments section within the trip request.
To add a comment to a trip, navigate to the trips page.
On the trips page, use the filter options or the search bar to locate the trip you'd like to comment on. Then, click on the trip number to open the trip request.
Once inside the trip request, click the comment icon to the right. This comment will stay in the comment section of the trip request. You can view all historical comments for a trip here.
Type your comment into the comment box and click Add Comment.
This comment will remain in the trip request's comment section. You can view all historical comments for a trip here.
