When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. You can select a trip in the My Upcoming Trips widget on the Dashboard or navigate to the Trips tab and use the filtering options to locate it.
Locate the trip you need to reschedule. Click the three dots to the right of the trip record, then select Cancel from the menu options.
If you do not see “Cancel,” you do not have permission and will need to contact a district administrator.
Put your reason for canceling the trip. Click Cancel Trip.
You will see a green confirmation message that the trip was successfully canceled.
