Open the Trip request by clicking on the trip number.
If you want to email any information to the trip requester or anyone associated with the trip, click on the Envelope Button to the right of the Trip Request.
This will open the email information section of the trip request. You can view historical email information and send new emails. Click “Send Email” to draft a message to your requester. The system automatically populates their email in the “to” box. You can edit this and send it to anyone else in the district.
Type your message and click the green “send” button. When the requester receives the email, they can reply, which will be sent to your regular email address. A link to the trip will be included in the email.
All emails sent for a trip are listed in the Email Audit log. You may need to refresh the screen to view an email that has just been |sent.
