Requesters: Sending Emails within the Trip Request

Navigate to the appropriate trip through your Dashboard or the Trips tab.
 
 
Open the trip request by clicking on the trip number.
 
If you would like to email any information to staff members associated with the trip, click the Envelope Button to the right of the Trip Request.
 
 
This will open the email information section of the trip request. You can view historical email information and send new emails. Click Send Email to draft a message. You can edit the “to” box and send it to anyone else in the district. 
 
 
Add your recipients in the “Send To” box by typing their full email and clicking Enter or selecting their email from the dropdown list. Type your message and click the green Send button. When the receiver receives the email, they can reply, which will be sent to your regular email. A link to the trip will be included in the email.
 
 
The Email Audit log lists all emails sent for a trip. You may need to refresh the screen to see an email that was just sent.
