Changes Requested is a new feature in EZActivityTrips. Administrators and Approvers can notify requesters when they need additional information or corrections on the Trip Request Form.
Navigate to the Trips tab.
On the trips page, open the trip to which you want to add a comment by clicking on the trip number.
You can only request changes for trips that are still Pending Approval.
Within the trip record, click the Request Changes button at the bottom of the request record.
In the Add Comment modal window, type a message letting the requester know what changes are needed. Ensure your comments are clear and concise so the requester understands what they need to change. Then click Submit.
Once the change request is submitted, the information will show at the top of the trip details:
