Click the My Upcoming Trips widget on your dashboard to see your upcoming trips. The number indicates the number of upcoming trips.
Trips can be sorted by pickup date, trip number, location, destination, submitter, vehicle type, and the date submitted.
Depending on the status of the trip, the trip record will display in different colors:
Green: Trip is approved and fully assigned
Blue: Trip is approved, but waiting on assignments
Orange: Trip is pending approval
Yellow: Trip is waiting on quote(s), or an approver requested changes
Red: Trip is cancelled
Trip summaries offer basic information about each trip: the requesting location, destination, trip type, event, and status.
Expand the summary using the arrow to the right to see more details about the trips.
