For Approvers: How to See Trips for Your Location(s)

When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. You can use the Waiting for My Approval or Needs Attention sections to view trips that are awaiting your approval.

Needs Attention indicates trips scheduled to occur within 5 days or less for which you are the next approver.
 
Waiting for My Approval shows all trips for which you are the next approver.

You can also navigate to the Trips tab and work from there, but you will want to utilize filters.

The Trips tab displays all upcoming trips in your software, regardless of whether they have been approved yet. You can use filters to change which trips are shown in this list. When filtering, make sure you clear any active filters. 

To locate pending trips, open the Filters & Sort menu, scroll down to the Status section, and select

To see trips pending approval from a specific location(s), scroll to the Locations section in the Filters & Sort menu and select the appropriate location(s) for which you want to see trips. 
 
You can select multiple locations or apply additional filters to further narrow the list.
